Class Description

Chris Emile's class begins with guided meditation awakening the mind and intention for each individual's reason for practicing movement. Meditation transitions into a sequential improvisation activating each body part into a full bodied experience exploring musicality, dynamic range, and release. Class ends with brief phrase work that students will dissect and interpret to find further freedom within the choreography.
