2024 REST Fest Vendor Application

REST Fest is seeking up to 20 vendors for REST Fest!

Please fill out this form by March 8th to participate.

Vendors will be advertised on our website and social media pages. 

Affordable Vendor Fee!

• We ask you to consider a sliding-scale donation of $25-$150. This also secures you a ticket to all events in the festival. 100% of donations will pay Denver Gonzales and BIPOC unhoused artists to lead art programming in East Austin. More about Denver and his vision: www.fisterra.xyz/denver

Schedule

• Set up:          
  • Anytime 9am-5pm Wed, April 3, 2024

      

• Event:          
  • 5pm-10pm (we anticipate most traffic will be 6-10)

      

Location

• The Daugherty Arts Center (1110 Barton Springs Rd, Austin, TX 78704)          
  • If the weather is nice, we will be in the lobby and outside the center on the lawn
  • Indoor hallway and lobby space if too cold or rainy

      

Set up

• Outdoor: 10 vendors
• Indoor: 10 vendors
• All vendors are responsible for their set up, tables, signage, and chairs, and required tablecloths that reach the floor and cover your table legs, white tents, and weights.
• Set up is approximately one hour before the market and the breakdown is exactly at the end of the show.
• Vendors who break down before the end of the show will not be invited back.
• We do not accept placement requests, thank you for respecting our time in curating the market setup.
