You are invited to join Gaga/people with The Theorists! ONLINE March 25-May 6 every Wed/Fri/Sun from 2pm-3pm CST.

Pre-registration is required. You will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
GOOD TO KNOW:
We will share tools for Spiraling UP as a group for the first 10 minutes allowing everyone to arrive together. The core of the session is 30 mins of Gaga/people (www.thetheorists.org/gaga). The end of our session is open for reflection, encouragement, or dance party. Create a space for yourself to move free of interruptions. It can be small, just make sure you feel safe. Move in places of pleasure.
TECH TIPS:
Please enter the ZOOM session and begin on mute. There will be an opportunity to un-mute and dialogue at the end of the session. Make sure your sound and video are on. You will hear music playing and see an image until we begin.
Select "Speaker View" on the top right corner of your screen to have the host image easy to see.
